Reminder that we have a work day this Sunday at 2:00PM at Hidden Valley for all players and dads. Bring power drivers for signs. It shouldn’t take too long if we have a lot of help. Non HS players will practice immediately afterwards instead of at 6:00PM. Next week practice will be at 6:00 pm.

Just a reminder that we have a parent meeting this Sunday March 28th at 3PM at the Hilton Garden Inn. More details below:
Jr Fike will have practices each Sunday at 3PM at Hidden Valley for players not on their high school team. We will be adding a Wednesday practice time soon as well. Obviously weather and holidays will affect this, so keep an eye on the team Groupme!
We have an important meeting on Sunday, March 28, at 3:00 P.M. at the Independence Hilton Garden Inn. (As one of our loyal sponsors, they have offered us the use of the hotel’s lobby area.) Masks are required.
At least one parent must be present. It will not be possible to sign the Legion roster or double check the required forms by email.
The agenda is as follows:
1) Sign the official paperwork, so all players will be on the Legion rosters.
2) Turn in an original or a state certified birth certificate. Photo copies cannot be submitted.
3) Double check info on forms to make sure I have typed them correctly.
4) Hand out Mouse Race tickets and cover all details for this event.
5) Hand out paperwork for sponsors/ads that support our tournaments. They are due no later than April 15th.
6) Provide details about our team apparel store.
7) Cover spring practices (for those not playing school ball).
8) Set the date for hanging the fence signs on Field #2.
Tomorrow will be the last indoor practice at The Dugout. If you have not turned in any of the needed forms or payments please do so at the practice.

We have gotten our game schedule for the Branson Tournament June 3-6, 2021. Our first game is at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 3rd. The team will be leaving on Wednesday, June 2nd in the evening. As a result of our first game being played on Thursday, June 3rd, at 9 a.m., the team has extended our block reservation availability for parents and family to include Wednesday night.
If you have already made your hotel reservation and would like to extend your stay to include Wednesday night, you will need to contact the hotel ASAP.
Our season schedule is posted on the Team Calendar. There may be some games added to the schedule, and any updates will be posted on the team website.
REMINDER: Final fee payments are also due at this time. As always, payment can be made through the team website using PayPal or mailed to Jim Moran at 4007 SW 15th Ct., Blue Springs, MO 64015.
