2023 Wood Bat Tournament Information

Post 499 Fike Baseball would like to invite your team to what has become the premier Legion Wood Bat tournament in the Midwest! This will be our 34th Year hosting the American Legion Wood Bat Invitational, and it’s our 13th Year hosting the Junior Wood Bat Classic! Register today to reserve your spot in this can’t miss baseball tournament!

There will be up to 30 teams (Sr Tournament) divided into 6 pools with the winner of each pool advancing to the quarterfinals. The Jr tournament will have up to 16 teams divided into 4 pools. Senior tournament will be a five game guarantee, and the Junior tournament has a four game guarantee (barring interference from Mother Nature).

For those teams that are planning on attending for the first time, we supply all baseballs for you to use during the tournament. We will also supply Hoosier wood bats to use, but players will also be allowed to bring their own wood bats. There will also be bats on site that may be purchased by your players.

Teams will be accepted on a first pay basis. A minimum deposit of $250.00 will secure your team a spot; with the remainder of the entry fee due by March 1, 2022. If your budget allows and you would like to pay the entire amount now, we will take it.

Dates:

Junior Wood Bat Classic – June 23-25th, 2023

Senior American Legion Wood Bat Invitational – July 5-9th, 2023

Junior (17U) Tournament – $450

Senior (19U) Tournament – $500
